Organic fresh yeast
Bioreal organic yeast from Levure Biologique

To use fresh yeast, break up into a bowl and add sugar and a little lukewarm water or milk then mash with a fork to dissolve. It should foam after 5-10min when dissolved. This is a good way to tell if yeast is still active before continuing with recipe.
Use 10-15g of Fresh yeast per 500g flour
Application: For best results, dissolve in the liquid at around 28°C.
Storage: Fresh yeast has a fairly short shelf-life, but never less than 7 days on delivery.
Keep the unused yeast in your fridge: it should not be frozen.
Allergens: For allergens including ingredients containing gluten see ingredients in bold.
Ingredients: Water soluble, food-grade, organic grain-fed yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
Possible traces of cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oat, spelt, durum or hybrid strains thereof).
